Ordinary Membership

A ratepayer or resident of a residential real property or an owner or lessee if a non-residential property located within the boundaries of the association.

Associate membership

Any person who does not meet the requirements of another membership category.

Honorary membership

An elected representative of one of the three tiers of government.

Non-member

A non-member is a visitor to a meeting of the association.
