Extended construction hours: The Environmental Planning and Assessment (COVID-19 Development—Construction Work Days) Order (No 3) 2021 was made on 30 July 2021.Under this Order, construction can take place again on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays without restrictions until 24 December 2021.

From 25 December 2021, no extended construction work days will be permitted – all work will need to be in line with the consent conditions.
