I am writing on behalf of the project team to update you on the plans for a proposed data centre at 704–706 Mowbray Road, Lane Cove North.
As part of keeping the community up to date, we are holding a Virtual Community Information Session on Thursday 12 August, 6.30pm to 7.30pm, to share details with the community on the design progression.
We have refined our proposal in response to community feedback, including making improvements to the design, landscaping and pedestrian amenity around the site.
We are grateful for the valuable community feedback that has been shared with us so far.
We will also outline the next steps for the project and how the community can provide feedback during the upcoming public exhibition.
The presentation will be published online following the session.
An invitation to the community information session will also be letterbox dropped to the local community later this afternoon which includes details on how they can register their interest to attend via firstname.lastname@example.org . We have attached a copy of the community flyer for your awareness.
Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you would like a briefing on the project and we would be more than happy to work with you to arrange a suitable time.
In the meantime, if you would like further information, early planning documents for the proposal are on the NSW Major Projects website.
We look forward to updating you on our proposal soon.
