It is proposed that Willoughby City Council develops a strategy for, and provides funding to improve the amenity, streetscapes an footpaths, with tree planting and vegetation, within WCC, along Pacific Highway between Boundary Road and St. Leonards.

The Council Officers’ response: Given the significant shortfalls of revenue arising from the impacts of COVID-19, it is recommended that Council consider any request for new or expanded funding in the context of its overall financial position as part of the Operational Plan and Budget process for 2021/22.
