Ordinary Membership

• A ratepayer or resident of a residential real property located within the boundaries of the association.
• the owner or lessee of non-residential real property located within the boundaries of the association. 

Associate membership

Any person who does not meet the requirements of another membership category may apply to become an associate member of the association

Honorary membership

A person is eligible to be an honorary member of the association if the person is an elected representative of one of the three tiers of government.

Non-members

A non-member is a visitor to a meeting of the association.
