- Applicant pays $20 ($10 joining fee and $10 annual fee) and submits a membership application.
- Treasurer issues receipt
- Membership application forwarded to committee
- Committee determines application at the end of the general meeting after when the application is received
- Applicant advised of outcome
- If accepted, applicant can exercise membership rights at next meeting
- Applications must be consistent with the Constitution
- Monies will not be refunded for incomplete or non-compliant applications
